We can thusly conclude that the greater the misunderstanding, the greater the misunderstanding of 'self'.
It is so easy to forget that there is no self to understand.
Maybe full understanding only comes when all of our concepts and preconceptions and judgements fall away...because what is left after this...........
...............is our true nature, free from an ego that needs the external to verify its identity.
